School uniform is compulsory. All students must come toschool dressed in proper and clean every day. Shoes must be polished. Only black ribbon, clips, hair-bands are allowed. Cleanliness must be stressed upon by parents too.
All belonging i.e., water bottle, tiffin box, pencil box, text books and note books Of the Child must bear his/her name with class and section so that these can be easily identified in case of misplacement.
Any change in the address or telephone number must be notified to the school office immediately
Writing on walls, desks, boards or bathrooms or scribbling and tearing out pages from the note-books or school diary is strictly forbidden.
Regularity and punctuality must be always maintained in school. Parents must also see that this is followed strictly.
No student is allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without prior permission of the principal. In case of unforeseen emergency, the school authorities may be contacted.
Leave application should be supported by a medical certificate issued by medical officer. On joining back, a certificate of fitness will be provided along with the application.
Continuous absence from school without any information or application will be led to striking off the child's name from the school rolls after ten days.
Constant negligence of class work or homework, irregular attendance, disobedience, obscenity in work or deed, continuous inattentiveness in class will lead to disciplinary action, suspension or even expulsion from school.
Expensive items gold rings/chain, money etc, should not be Sent to school with the child. School will not be responsible for the damage or loss of such things.
Parents who do not abide by the rules and regulations of the school as agreed upon the time of admission will be revested to withdraw their wards.
No fees, Partial or full will be refunded if any student is asked to leave the school during the session for any reason, in the interest of the school.
Private tuitions by our school teachers are strictly forbidden. Teachers are not allowed to accept any gifts from student/parents.
The school will not be liable for any damage/charges on account of injuries, fatal or otherwise, which may be sustained by the student, at any time during his/her stay in the school, while taking part in the sports, studies, and extra-curricular activities in the school, outside the school premises.
All student's come to school by bicycles must lock them otherwise the school will not be responsible in case they are lost or stolen.
Parents must see and sign their ward's school diary every day and attend parent-teacher meeting regularly to follow the progress of the students in academics as well as other school activities.
If the school fee of the student is not paid within the given time frame (30 days) his/her name will be automatically struck-off the rolls. If the parents want the child continue, re-admission charges will have to be paid.
In casewishing his ward to withdraw in the mid-session must give one month notice.
T.C. and admission card will be issued only after clearance of all dues.
